Company Situation

It is a research center active in diffrent fields of social security that we are providing whole company workflows based on SharePoint 2007. The main functionality of this organizational portal is: all departments have a workspace for sharing and collaborations included Project Tracking applications, HR Management workflows and proposals and contract workflow, Publication workflows and also e- learning.

Our Solutions

This site collection contains special workspace for tracking and managing current projects including researches, published books and articles, and for archiving closed projects which are listed and customized to access easily by searching.
Designing lists, libraries, workflows and controlling tasks according different access levels, and also calculating delays in project managing and getting dynamic system alarms at specific dates using WSS workflows  are one of the requirements which are implemented well in this institute.
